We are moving the online booking system to a new platform and making new ways for you to interact with us.

Why are we moving to a different platform?

The old booking system is now dated and lacks of many features which makes both our life and your life difficult. By moving to the new platform, which is provided by Wix we can provide the following new abilities to help you:

• An app on your phone to book, reschedule and cancel your lessons

• We are introducing Flexible Duet Lessons, which means you no longer have to book Duet lessons with your pilates partner

• We can now accept payments via credit/debit cards online, making the process easier

• You can see which plans you have, and how many lessons remaining on the app

• We are introducing NordFriends membership, which will mean any new lessons you purchase will accumulate points

• You will now be able to contact us via live chat on the app, and there won't be a long wait :)

• You will now be able to renew your lessons online, and pay with a credit card or bank transfer instantly.

How to switch to the new booking platform?

1. Download 'Fit by Wix' app on your phone, from Appstore or Play Store.

Please enable push notification if you can, all notifications will be sent directly by us and there shouldn't include Wix advertising etc... It also enables live chat to us on the app.

2. Sign up or login to the app with an Wix account, with your current email address with us (Google or Facebook login should work, as long as the email address is the same)

3. Enter the following invite code to join our app RLRPD2 and click on 'Join', you should then see the Home page.

Voilà!

If you have existing lesson plans or booking, we will move it over for you, (this might take a few hours to a few days).
